MATRIX TECH DEVELOPMENT

Electronics, PCB and PCBA development

The board must work inside the real product, beside its motors, heaters, cables and enclosure. Matrix develops electronics around those conditions and the firmware and production tests needed to support them.

Engineering services

What the work covers

  • Circuit architecture: power budgets, MCU selection, sensor acquisition, communication interfaces, actuator drivers and protective functions.

  • PCB implementation: placement, routing, connector access, thermal paths, electrical separation and assembly constraints reviewed together.

  • PCBA validation: prototype bring-up, measurement points, programming access, calibration and functional-test requirements for production.

From brief to verified handover

  1. Review loads, interfaces, enclosure constraints and compliance targets.

  2. Build and measure prototype boards under representative conditions.

  3. Close defects and release the agreed assembly and test package.

Questions before you start

Can you revise an existing PCB?

Yes. Useful inputs are editable schematics and layout, the current BOM, firmware interfaces, samples and a reproducible fault description. Missing files or unclear ownership must be resolved before changes.

Does board development include product certification?

Certification depends on the finished product and its market. We plan relevant design checks and coordinate agreed laboratory work; a working PCB alone is not a product-compliance certificate.
